These Terms govern the use of Mir Kvestov (mir-kvestov.com.ua, the “Site”). By using the Site you accept them.

1. About the Site

The Site is an information catalogue of quests (escape rooms, performances, action games) in Ukraine: descriptions, photos, reviews, ratings and contacts. The Site does not sell tickets or process bookings — the “Book” button leads to the respective quest's website.

2. Content and responsibility

Information about quests is provided by their owners and by users. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that prices, schedules and conditions are complete or current — please verify them on the quest's website.

3. User reviews

By leaving a review you confirm it is based on your real experience and does not violate the law or the rights of others. Reviews are moderated — see Review Moderation Rules.

4. Accounts

Some features (reviews, favorites) require signing in via Google, Facebook or email. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

5. Intellectual property

Quest names, logos and materials belong to their owners. Do not copy Site content without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for services provided by third parties (quests and their operators).
