Ужасное отношение к клиентам! Худшего отношения в Киеве в квест-комнатах я еще не видела. Администрация хамит и отказывается предоставлять комнату на квест "Тюрьма", который мы заранее бронировали. Мы с сотрудницами забронировали данный квест на 01.07.2018 г. Накануне нам перезвонила администратор и сказала, что "Тюрьма" еще не готова, предложила сходить на […], мы согласились. Наш квест "Тюрьма" нам перенесли на 06.07.2018 г. на 20.00 и обещали сделать 50% скидку. Мы пришли на квест 06.07.2018 г., нам администратор Ольга сообщила, что комната по прежнему не готова, а в системе нет брони нашей на 06.07.2018 г. Мы потратили время, деньги, в итоге вечер был испорчен. Администратор наш вопрос не решила. Я оставила отзыв в книге жалоб, реакции со стороны администрации никакой не было. Просто хамское отношение к людям. Ходить в Exit games мы больше не будем. [Отзыв отредактирован командой “Мира Квестов” по причине: упоминание стороннего квеста]
