При замовлені квести я сказала, що будуть сім'ї з дітьми. Точну кількість мала повідомити ближче до квесту. Сказали, що зроблять дві команди. За тиждень до квесту я уточнила чи можна 12 років. Сказали ні, лише 14+. А через 5 хв. позвонили і сказали, що навіть 14+ років не можуть разом з дорослими. В них була ситуація, коли дорослий збив хлопчика у темряві і той розбив обличчя і його забрала швидка (зі слів організатора). Ми вирішили що підуть лише молодші діти 14+. І найстаршому 28. Мені кажуть Ви нас не чуєте і повернули гроші. На сайті указано 14+. Ніде не указано віковий діапазон в одній грі. Більш того сказали неправду, бо пару тижнів потому грала наша сусідка 14 років разом з батьками 40+ змішана команда 8 чоловік. Зробили з мене винну, набрехали, що правила були такими завжди. Мусила вибачатися перед запрошеними. Нікому не раджу, якщо організація від початку на такому рівні.
